Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rebel Rebel! It’s really important to us, that you be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Rebel Rebel honors all manufacturer warranties.  If you feel you received a defective item, please contact us.

In the event of a factory defect or a shipping error on our part, we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost*, we can also issue you a refund* or store credit*

*Return shipping must be paid by the customer on all other returns or exchanges. (other than factory defects or shipping errors) Shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges are required to process all exchanges.

Full refunds can only be issued for unused, unworn items with original receipt tags and/or packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Used items, or items without an original receipt may only be exchanged for store credit.

Used merchandise like Pads, Helmets, Wheels, or Skates will be accessed by a store manager.  It is up to the discretion of the manager, if the used merchandise can be exchanged based on level of use.  A 5-15% restocking fee may apply to used items based on level of wear/use.

Custom or special order boots and plates are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Rebel Rebel reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

If you need to make a return or exchange please call us at 773.276.9470 within 5 business days from receipt of goods to obtain a Return Authorization Code.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges if the package isn't clearly marked with your Return Authorization code.

Shipping Information

Currently, our system is only capable of calculating shipping charges based on your item(s) subtotal before taxes. Unfortunately, our system does not compensate for the physical size, dimensions or weight of your items. This will hopefully be updated in the near future, however, in the meantime, we try to most closely resemble the true shipping charges of either USPS or UPS.

IMPORTANT: Each order will be accessed by our staff to determine which shipping method is best for your order. We will either use USPS or UPS to ship your order. If you have a preferred method of shipping please make sure you list that in your order comments.

Expedited Shipping: 

We do not usually offer expedited shipping, however, we are more than happy to work with you, and we promise to do our best, to get your items to you when you need them. If you require a rush delivery. Please contact us by email BEFORE placing your order and we can calcuate shipping charges for you. 

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not have standard rates configured in our system to ship internationally, but that does not mean we can't do it! We are more than happy to work with you one-on-one to get you what you need! If you are ordering from us, and you would like to have your items shipped over seas, please email us before placing your order, and we will calculate shipping for you on an individual basis! 

If you have concerns about the amount of shipping you are being charged, please contact us and we will see what we can do. *Please note: Every purchase of bearings priced over $50, can elect to receive either a free T-Shirt, or a Rebel Rebel gift card for the equivalent value of difference in shipping from the actual cost. Please say "Free T-Shirt" or "Gift Card" in the comments of your order!

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Illinois. Illinois State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).

Invoices and Receipts

You will receive an order confirmation/invoice via email at the conclusion of the ordering process.

All orders will include a packing slip.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order or specific items in your order, we will attempt to process your request as long as it is made within one hour of placing the order. To cancel an online order you must call 773.276.9470, please DO NOT send an email. When leaving a message please include your order number and contact details. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled and if the order has already been shipped, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you send us information via email, we advise you that email is not necessarily secure against interception.
